Eighth grade students from Postlethwait Middle School practiced thinking like historians and stepped back in time at the John Dickinson Plantation. After learning about Dickinson's role in the American Revolution in class, students toured his mansion on the St. Jones and enjoyed stations on hearth cooking and primary document analysis. They even tried their hands at writing their own "indenture agreements" with genuine quill pens!
